RETURNING ITEMS,

We would like to bring your attention to an important matter regarding “Returning Item/s”. Please note that all sizes are based on the UK sizes/measurement, and we do not comply or use USA or European sizes. Prior to place an order, please make sure that you have selected the correct UK sizes/measurement/colour. Due to our significantly discounted prices, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.  The full refund less the shipping cost will be refunded into the account where the original payment was made/paid. Returned item/s must be in their original packing and free from any minor or major, internal or external damage. Returns must be received withing three days of receiving of your order.

 On receipt of returned item/s it will be checked by our “Quality Control Team” of its good condition for any refund. Then we shall refund the full cost (minus our original shipping cost) into the customer’s same account when the item was purchased originally. Any other account will not be accepted. Any damaged item/s shall not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
